From Their Website: Longtab Brewing Company is a veteran-owned brewery, coffee shop, and restaurant which honors the history, culture, and veterans of US Army Special Forces, or “Green Berets”.
Each Longtab beer is named after unique aspects of Special Forces history and Green Beret folklore, and we brew beer to honor fallen Green Berets and give proceeds to charity.
We have a penchant for tradition, so we brew beers as close to the original style as we can. Although you will find a large variety of beers at Longtab, we tend to lean toward Belgian Ales and German Lagers.

We use 100% American (some of them Texas) grown grains, hops, and yeast. The love for things tried and true is also evident in our glassware. Most of our beers are served as full 0.5L pours in traditional German-made glassware – proper for the style of beer. We prefer it when glassware highlights the beauty of the beer, not the other way around.
