From Their Website: Tusculum Brewing Company is located on historic Main Street in the heart of Boerne, Texas! Tusculum is housed in the historic H.O. Adler building which was most recently home to Bergmann Lumber Company. We are a family and friend owned and operated business dedicated to the preservation of the history and the small-town sense of community of Boerne. We all came together via backgrounds in Geology, Engineering, and Geography but it is our passion for craft beer that prompted us all to form a team and make our dream of owning a brewery a reality.
